Magic
Lantern is managed by a board of six directors, all of whom
serve for a renewable period of three years without remuneration.

Magic Lantern Budget
Magic Lantern's budget for 2008 projects income of approximately
$12,400, derived almost entirely from individual/business memberships,
donations and ticket sales. Operating expenditures are programmed
at approximately $6,800, about two-thirds of which goes for
film rentals. Part of the difference between operating income
and expenditures is carried over; part is allocated to our capital
fund to support improved equipment and an eventual permanent
facility; we project this capital fund to reach a level of about
$15,000 by the end of 2008.
